Hor "Djetinjstvo" — choir open to new members

The "Djetinjstvo" Choir brings together lovers of song and togetherness

The Djetinjstvo Choir officially began on 10 January at the Questors Theatre in Ealing. From the very first day, interest in membership was strong, confirming just how much appetite there is for nurturing music and preserving togetherness among our people in London.

At the start, the choir was mostly joined by women, and today an increasing number of male members are adding their voices to a richer, fuller ensemble sound.

The Djetinjstvo Choir's mission isn't just about singing. The goal is to bring people together, encourage friendship, create new bonds, and use music to nurture our tradition, culture, and sense of belonging to a community.

Rehearsals take place in a warm, friendly atmosphere, and everyone is welcome — regardless of age or previous musical experience.

The choir's first public performance is planned for winter 2026, when audiences will get to enjoy the programme members have been working hard on since the choir was founded.
